Overview of Daasara tradition, life of Purandara Dasa & other Haridasas. Basic Swaras (Sa-Re-Ga-Ma-Pa-Da-Ni), Sarale Varase, Janti Varase, Daatu Varase in Mayamalavagowla raga. 
Also, students will be learning selected few charanas of Harikathamrutasara.

Students will learn alankaras in this module, along with few more simple songs. In this module, we will focus mainly on the first six charanas of  Mangalacharana Sandhi, which happens to be the first sandhi of Harikathamrutasara, written by Sri Jagannatha Daasaru.

Introduction to Pillari Geethe (beginner compositions of Purandara Daasaru) & other songs. Also, we will focus mainly on the remaining charanas of  Mangalacharana Sandhi, which happens to be the first sandhi of Harikathamrutasara, written by Sri Jagannatha Daasaru.

In this module, we learn simple Songs. We further move on to the Karuna Sandhi that is 2nd sandhi of Sri Harikathamrutasaara, written by Sri Jagannatha Daasaru. Here we learn first 8 charanas.
